This provider is extremely incompetent. She will leave your children unattended for the majority of the day. My child comes home with many injuries (cuts, scratches, bruises) with now explanation. She says that these injuries occurred before the child was put in her care, which is not true. She leaves the tv on all day in an attempt to get the children's attention so she doesn't have to engage with the children as much. She doesn't change the children's diapers enough so my child has had constant diaper rash while under her care. She has not followed the potty training schedule, which has resulted in a painful elongated potty training process. She also closes her facility without notice frequently. Which results in myself having to use all my PTO to care for my child while I still have to pay her full price.

This is an awful daycare. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have made complaints to the licensing board and I have been heard by deaf ears.

She doesn't care for the kids. She puts them in front of the TV for the entire day. She doesn't change their diapers which has caused severe rashes. I complained to the licenser and no action was taken by the state. She will lie to your face. She frequently takes time off causing the parents to take time off because she has no assistance. I used up all of my PTO and vacation because she was taking time off. Dont send your kids here. She "seems" charming but she uses that charm to take advantage of parents for her own gain.
