I absolutely love this facility. I would never choose another childcare for my kids. They have been going here for 4 years.
If I could give it a zero I would. Horrible experience, horrible staff, they don’t care for the kids and I would not recommend. My daughter had multiple incidents and I was not contacted and they will make an excuse on why they didn’t contact you or they’ve attempted to contact you.
On yesterday I picked up my son from Kids University on Cotton Gin Rd at 1545. They brought DJ to the front and all he had on was a diaper and some socks. The lady who brought him just said “bye DJ” as if he came to school that way so I asked “ wtf you mean bye Dj, where my son clothes at” she says “ momma they said they tried to call you but DJ pooped and messed up his clothes. I said I never got a call but if I didn’t get an answer why you didn’t call anyone else on the list. She told me to hold my thought. ATP i get my baby and put him in the car. I asked for the Director but unfortunately she’s on a bus route so I told them I’ll wait. Whoever the lady is with the long blonde braids walks up to me and ask what’s wrong I explain to her what happened by that time his teacher comes out and says “im sorry momma I didn’t call you because I didn’t want to bother you because you was at work” So I said “ so you didn’t call me but the other lady said you did call” she says “no momma I didn’t call you, I just wrapped him up in a blanket.” The other lady with the braids kept talking saying we will address the situation and apologize and I then let them know I’ll be contacting DHR because this is unacceptable.
Fast forward to today I didn’t have a choice but to stop him off at daycare again today because I had to go to work. So I drop him off at the daycare and forgot his bag so I went bavk to get his bag. When I make it back they say oh he needs to go home because he has green snot coming out his nose. I said yeah because y’all had him with no clothes on yesterday. She then says this been since Monday and I have a picture. I said okay well why let him come Monday and Tuesday and let me see the picture. Now it’s well I don’t have one from Monday just from today. So then i ask to speak to the Director again and yet she doesn’t come out but she calls the police instead and did a no trespassing order on me.
So yeah I’m definitely going to DHR and I’m pressing the issue because this is unacceptable.
