I have serviced children in this facility for 7 months through the “First Steps” early childhood intervention program. I witnessed daycare workers screaming and belittling children on every occasion I visited. Children sit for long periods of time with nothing to do. Daycare worker (Miss Lisa) was witnessed sleeping during nap time with children she was suppose to be caring for. Miss Lisa is on her cell phone the entire time of servicing (45 minutes) The director, Brenda Tetter, is very rude and sabotaged the servicing of children with IFSP’s that needed services. It is very apparent they do not like visitors in this faculty. I feel like it’s because they do not want people to see how they treat the children and are not doing their jobs. The way they talk to the children made me very sad. They are breaking these little children’s sweet spirits. I refuse to service at this daycare in the future. This past week the director was so rude and in front of all the children and daycare workers. I will make other arrangements to do servicing in clients homes or other locations agreed upon. I would not recommend this faculty to anyone.
