I had my reservations prior to starting at this daycare because of all of the negative reviews, but went with it anyway because I was in a tight spot and they were the only place that accepted ELC and had openings. Unfortunately the reviews are all accurate and I regret the decision I felt I was pushed into by not having any other options. They can't keep staff and I'm not surprised with the way the owners speak to their employees and the parents of their students as well. The children have no routine except with 1 or 2 teachers that are surprisingly still there, but teachers are constantly moved from class to class and the children also have no stability. This concerns me for their mental health as it is proven that children need stability in their day to day routines, but it was constantly a new teacher every time I turned around as teachers were always either quitting or getting fired. I have never seen another daycare with such a high turnover rate. Then there were the constant mass messages about people not paying on time, it didn't matter if you paid on time or not you would get the message and they would then add to disregard if you had already paid. I feel messages like that should be sent individually to people whom had not paid and in private not to every parent as a whole. My advice would be to find a better care provider than this for your child especially if you agree they should have any sort of stability in their daily routine and the people they see on a daily basis. I am so glad to have found another provider and to see my child flourish with no more issues as I was having there with their lack of attention and care for the children.

My child was here for a year. It was constant problem after problem from day one. They close last minute right before opening multiple times a week. They raise their prices to an outrageous amount but do no take the time to even learn your child's name. My son was constantly ignored by staff at drop off and his final day the girl that was expected to care for him ignored him like he wasn't even in the room and finished her breakfast with her back to him. The owners do not care about children and do not care to TRAIN their staff. They will tell you they love the kids but cover up things so they don't get caught and close down. I advise anyone to re-think taking their child here. They are very money hungry.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. My child went there since they opened and I had nothing but problems. No one will check before letting your child go home with anyone. The teachers talk just as bad about the owners and the owners never have a clue what is going on at their daycare. You don’t hear a word from then unless it’s about money, but don’t ask for information about your child’s care or you’ll be kicked out! They fed my infant spoiled milk, and then later didn’t feed him at all for 9 hours.

Dcf is always there. Teachers abuse children. Owners lie about everything and tell there employees to lie.
