I have used her since my kids were 2, 3 and 8, they are now 9, 10, and 15. She has been amazing. Soooo flexible and caring. No matter when I need her to watch them even overnight. I only trust her with my children. Shes amazing!!!
Horrible. My daughter went for 1 day. Ended up only being 1/2 a day. Dropped my 8 month old off early morning. I text around 11 to check on her because it was my child's 1st day attending. She said, my child threw up. I asked if she was ok and if I should come and get her. She said, she (my child) is just crying and yes to pick her up. I let her know I was on my way. I get there and open the door. It was unlocked. There were 5-6 kids. Provider was not within the front area of the house that I could see. My daughter was on the floor with another baby, who was drinking out of my child's bottle (the other baby). I was there for 3-5 min and she never came out. I grabbed all of my child's things and left. She has never reached out asking if I picked up my child or how she is doing. Anyone could have came in and taken my child or any of the other children. She should not be taking care of children.
Poor communication skills. Made plans to meet and talk about care for my daughter and she failed to coomunicate she was not going to meet me. My six week old and I were out on a 100 degree day for her to cancel and no show. Unprofessional.
I have never had a problem with this provider she is very fixable and has done transportation for my daughter to and from school and over time . my daughter has been going here for 8 years and my son 2 years would not trust anyone but her for childcare.
Very unfortunate experience with this provider. On the second day of providing care for my fiance's child, she decided to not show up for pick-up without a call or any communication. She not only ignored my fiancé's calls, but also blocked him on social media after he tried contacting her. As a professional in the childcare field myself, this makes me extremely upset to think a number of providers can act in such an unprofessional manner when you put all of your trust in them to provide quality care for your child. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD WITH THIS PROVIDER.
