Cheryl started off friendly, but got weird quickly. When something would happen, she'd act/make comments to take herself out of the equation and put the blame on the child or parents. My child was not happy there. I'm glad we got out of there.
Extremely rude and unprofessional
My 2yo who had never been to any sort of daycare before was expected to act much older than she is
Ended up pulling my child from her care within the first week
She rushed drop offs and pick ups, got upset when my daughter would cry when I left
I had no idea what my daughter was doing all day, what she was eating or how she was adjusting
Took a last minute sick day, which resulted in me missing work, she said she would pay me back for that day and then changed her mind saying it was my fault I didn’t have a better job that offered paid sick days
Has been extremely unprofessional towards me and I am NOT happy
