Tot spot was a great place the first few months, then quickly spiraled down hill. There is no real communication from the provider and she lets emotions get in the way of communication and actually working through problems. She has made every effort to block all my social media in what I assume is attempt to avoid a negative review. I have no hard feelings toward the provider however the way situations were handled with my toddler were completely unprofessional.
