I had a terrible experience at this childcare. I took half the day off to visit, only to be told by a rude and unprofessional reception that my appointment wasn’t scheduled, and she made it clear she wouldn’t apologize for the mistake. The reception area itself was dirty, with stained chairs and an unwelcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, the entrance is completely unsecured- anyone can walk in without any checks or locks. Overall, this is the worst childcare I have ever encountered. Dirty, poorly managed, and lacking basic security measures. I highly DO NOT recommend it.
Ask owner and director who are currently there still why a parent to an infant that was dropped to the fllor and kept it underwraps but the teacher was fired due to seizure but parent wasn’t notified
