Lisa has provided care for my children from when they were infants up to school age. They have always enjoyed being there, learned new things and had fun. I’ve always felt at ease knowing my kids were being cared for by such a great & kind provider. She has provided a safe environment for them & we’ve been very lucky to have her!
She’s not actually with the kids. She has the kids in the basement/rec room with a security camera while she stays upstairs with the baby. Her demeanor is very mean. On top of that, we paid in roughly $4,000 during COVID to hold my sons spot until I could return to work. She just now let us know she’s giving his spot away to someone she’d make more money from. I’m unable to return to my job now which is now terminated and can’t even look for a job without a daycare. And $4,000 down the drain. I feel conned.
We have used Lisa a few times when our normal provider wasn't available, my boys love it there and will hopefully use her again if the need arises. Thanks Lisa!
