Small Wonder

The staff are amazing and my son adores coming here. When I needed to find a daycare due to unforeseen circumstances they had a spot and took my son in. His speech improved, his behavior improved, his interpersonal skills as well. Everyone is so understanding, the hours are flexible which is huge and the atmosphere is great. I want my child to feel happy going to school, which he does and something you can’t find so easily. They care, there is a structured day and kids are engaged. I love the chill vibes.

I can’t say enough great things about this center. They are so caring and loving towards the kids. It’s clean. They change diapers regularly. My son never once got diaper rash in their care. There is great communication between staff and parents and they communicate regularly. I've seen an incredible improvement in my sons speech and development. Definitely recommend!! Couldn’t be happier

In the past Small Wonder had a very prestigious reputation, therefore parents have entrusted their children with this daycare. Unfortunately, this daycare is not what it was said to be in the past, and did not meet my expectations and requirements, which can only lead me to assume that the quality and service seems to have diminished. A few areas that I have witnessed lacking management: staff members bully each other and parents, diapers are not changed according to infants needs rather they are changed periodically every two hours by watch, leading to diaper rashes, some caretakers do not use gloves or clean the area after changing each child’s diaper, they use a system called cuddlegrams which is a slip to inform parents about the child’s day but this slip is filled out either too early or at the moment the parent arrives giving them misguided information, care takers and management have been seen using their personal electronic devices and gossiping with other care takers leading them to neglect attention to the children, owner and management are constantly in denial when complaints are informed, owner is only present during few hours a day, which makes it difficult for 8am-5pm working parents to find her, furthermore, when owner is found she does not take ownership of the complaints you may have which can lead others to assume she only cares for money rather than the children and improvement of the daycare. When complaints are given to management, they try to micromanage parents complaints and have a rude attitude. In addition, they have a close connection to child services since one of the staff members is affiliated in marriage, leading me to believe that it is all more corrupt. This place does not promote respect and is not what I had believed it to be. Had I noticed before, never would have stepped foot. Very disappointed and disgusted!
