Fervent Care Child Care Ministry #3

My grandchildren have been accepted at Fervent Prayer daycare, this morning my daughter was told that this would be my grandkids last week if the child’s screams and uncontrollable crying couldn’t be managed. I think it’s rude, non compassionate and not displaying the love of Christlike care towards family that are working and entrust them to care for the child. Poor leadership and image for community

My child was enrolled at fervent, for before and after services. I dropped my child off in the morning. she road the Daycare bus to school. She was suppose to ride the daycare bus after school. they did not pick my child up after school. They completely forgot my child. I ask if there is any time of proceucerd to provent this from happening, the director of the daycare's response was. WE ARE NOT RESPONSEBLE FOR YOUR CHILD UNTIL THEY GET ON THE BUS, SINCE YOUR CHILD DID NOT GET ON THE BUS, I WILL NOT BE DOING ANY OTHER TYPE OF FOLLOW UP WITH MY STAFF, BECAUSE IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT, AND MAYBE THIS IS NOT THE DAYCARE FOR YOUR CHILD" THIS DAYCARE LACKS ACCOUNTABLITIY AND RESPONSABLILTY FOR THE ACTION OF THEIR STAFF.

My infant went to this daycare for a total of 3 months and went through 4 teachers!! Also, they asked me to bring in my own food for my baby when they are enrolled in the food program. They treat their employees horrible and on my child's last day, they only fed him one 3oz bottle!! I was LIVID!! I wish I would've known how negligent this daycare was before I enrolled my baby.
