PARENTS, please read this review before you decide to put your child in this unprofessional, unsanitary, inexperienced and unqualified academy. If I could give this “day care” minus - 10 stars I would!!!! I trusted them to take care of my one year old and It was such a huge mistake! I should’ve known better! I should’ve trusted my instinct and all the bad reviews they have online! On September 12, my baby comes home with 2 bites!!!! One on each arm! I know it’s normal! “It’s age appropriate” but THIS IS THE FORTH TIME MY BABY GETS BIT FROM THE SAME KID!!!!! The first time I let it go… the second time I said yeah it’s just a coincidence that he got bit AGAIN by the same kid! When the third time happened I knew I should’ve pulled him out but he had finally adapted to the school and the environment and it was hard for me with my work schedule to pull him out! So I let the third time slide… again!!! Which was the biggest mistake! And I hate myself for not taking him out of that filthy place sooner! My son comes home with 2 bad bites on each arm!!! The teacher assistant told my husband she was changing another kids diaper when it happened and both bites happened in 2 different times!!! I called the school freaking out asking what they are going to do about this incident; Ms Kim answers the phone and all of course she didn’t even know what to say to me! All she said is “yeah I understand”. I called the corporate office hoping that they can help me somehow! But of course as I expected! They were worse to deal with! The lady on the phone was so pitiless and so unprofessional! As I was getting so emotional on the phone she sounded so sarcastic like she just doesn’t give a damn about me or my baby! She tells me a whole new story that my baby got bit 2 times the same moment!!! I don’t know why she would say that! It makes it 10 times worse!!! That the teacher couldn’t handle the situation after the first bite!!!! My son had to get bit a second time for her to react and do stop the other kid!!!! and she tells me the teacher was “cleaning the table” not changing another kids diaper!!!! Obviously someone is lying to cover up for how careless, incapable, unfit and unprofessional these teachers are! This kid clearly has a problem with biting! And I’m 100% sure my baby wasn’t the only boy getting bit by the same kid! The school should have taken action by removing him from this class room or at least talk to him parents about his problem!This whole academy is just so unprofessional and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD! I strongly believe that this “academy” shouldn’t have the license to take care of peoples kids!! Not to mention how unsanitary the place is! That alone should be the reason why their license should be taken! All they care about is collecting their payments every week! Not once have I felt like my son belonged there! And I’m the only one to blame because I didn’t trust my gut feeling! Please don’t make the same mistake I did! DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD AT LADYBIRD ACADEMY!!!

Ladybird Academy® combines preschool early learning and education with high quality child care for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. Each Academy is purpose built in every way to provide a bright and spacious setting with classrooms that are fully equipped for each age range. Outside play areas are designed with impact absorbing safety surfaces plus a wide range of interesting play equipment for everyone. We believe that children should be encouraged to their maximum potential through a variety of early learning experiences and our qualified, caring teachers are dedicated to the development of each and every child.
