I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Really bad experience! We enrolled our child in august of 2019 and all was well when she was in the infant A class room, the teachers in that room were amazing. After she was moved it was problem after problem in each of her classrooms with promises that things would change but it kept getting worse. From a lack of communication when accidents would happen (my daughter sliced her foot open and no one called or bothered to message me on the app, no apology from the teacher who said oh I noticed it when I saw drops of blood on the floor or I would get an incident report that was dated two weeks old where my daughter had fallen and hit her head to us just having to ask about random scratches, bites or bruises, and those are just a few examples), to her constantly getting sick to the point other parents at my work or friends who work in the child care industry questioned how sanitary the school is. The last three weeks she attended she got a virus, a staph infection on her face and then a stomach flu. She has had three upper respiratory infections, hand foot and mouth, roseola, was hospitalized for two Rotaviruses and that’s not counting all the colds and not severe infections in less than a year. I have seen kids steal other kids cups and drink out of them without the teachers paying attention, or toys from mouth to mouth. I would walk in and see teachers playing with their phones and not pay attention to what’s going on in the classroom. During the entire covid pandemic they did not require staff or parents to wear masks which made me question if they truly follow CDC guidelines or DCF. Every time I would bring something up to teacher or the admin I would get a fake I’m sorry and was brushed off. Several times she would come home in dirty/soiled clothes, or they would have poop/pee soaked pants or shorts that would be in a plastic bag without being washed or at least rinsed out. My husband came to pick up my daughter early one day and heard her screaming and crying, another student apparently slapped her in the face and no one was comforting her, the main teacher at that time was on break at the front desk on her phone and it took another teacher from the infant A classroom hearing her cries to see what was going on because the class was pretty much unattended at the time. They do not actually care about the children who attend this daycare it seems more like a money racket then a child care facility.
