I live directly across the street and have heard infants screaming for an hour with attendants sitting there just talking. I witnessed abuse from a very large White woman who jerked a child from the playground and picked her up and slammed her down on the bench. I ASKED IF SHE WOULD WANT SOMEONE TO DO THAT TO HER CHILD. Her response was "I don't have any. " I said "thank God."  I went inside to report what I saw and they did nothing!! She is still there abusing children and the other workers, aside from a man who appears to be the gentle giant, they could care less and let babies, INFANTS holler at the top of their lungs for hours while they talk and look at their phones. When they see someone watching; they will pick them up.
