I gave them a One because I had no choice. I can not understand how this daycare operates. They are so unprofessional and I am questioning the education of their workers. They have ZERO system in place to redirect children- the teacher for pre K is non existent and there is zero communication. The ONLY communication is from the stressed out teachers side that clearly hates her job to complain everyday about behavior of kids. I am so disappointed in the director- whom I have never seen and don't even know her name. As a director all of this is your responsibility and goes on on a daily basis under her direction. It's a shame and sad.
I walked in to the room to pick up my daughter. She yelled “da’da” and tried to run and hug me, but an employee grabbed her by both arms and physically drug her back to her play area so she could pick up toy. Protecting a child from a dangerous situation is the only 1 reason to man-handle a child like that!
