I worked at Kid's Castle in Fort Wayne for over a year. Very poor management. Not a positive environment. Always short-staffed. Teachers come and go like a revolving door. New staff often don't stay more than a day or two. Everyone always stressed out. Children get no structure or consistency and then get labeled as "bad kids" when they act out as a result. No playground equipment for the kids. No wonder they climb over everything in the classroom. The center is filthy and disgusting. Broken everything. Do NOT recommend. Please do your research and read all of their violations from state licensing.
