I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Hours listed are wrong. They are 0730 to 1700. 5 minutes late and you are charged. Check your tax receipts, after leaving the daycare she falsified ours. Luckily we kept our own receipts to prove her wrong.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I appreciate that she watched my kids for several years. She does a wonderful job with circle time and teaching. We had a lot of problems when Covid hit and my kids getting sent home constantly. I had to miss countless days of work and money to have my kids tested (always negative) for Covid multiple times. She also will not give us a correct invoice for what we paid last year. Multiple emails and text messages were sent and we will now contact a lawyer.
