My child attended this daycare for several months last year of 2021.
He was constantly sick and constantly in the hospital with several illnesses!
People were constantly testing positive for COVID-19!
A child at the center had come down with hands, foot, and Mouth disease and the teachers and staff and higher bosses failed to send out a letter when this student had the disease! My son caught the disease and I was unaware of what it was at the time, my child was so sick and landed in the emergency room for several hours and then was later admitted for almost a week, and had almost gotten to the point where he could have died from the disease!
I called the center and spoke with one of the managers and started asking if someone else in the center had the alike symptoms My son was having and if that child or children went to the hospital for the same symptoms….she had asked me if they looked like chicken pox and I replied to her by saying yes and she had stated to me that this child who had the symptoms was in the hospital for the same symptoms the week before on that following Thursday!
So they didn’t follow proper cleaning standards or protocols!
They failed to send out a letter to all the parents the moment the first child was diagnosed! When I had spoken with them to tell them my son was being admitted for this very same disease that almost could have killed him after being tossed aside from doctor to doctor hospital to hospital and emergency room to emergency room and being misdiagnosed! Nobody took it seriously up until I took my child down to salt lake to primary childrens!!!
I think KinderCare Daycare needs to be inspected and all teachers need training and need to take better care of the chicken in their care! I also don’t think that people should put their kids in this daycare center because of the fact that they aren’t following proper protocols!
Parents were bringing in their kids sick and the daycare didn’t take good action on calling and sending these kids home! This daycare needs to do a much better job AT THEIR JOB!
I do not wish this pain on any parent!
I am now also being forced to pay for fees for taking him out the day that he was admitted to the daycare and they are making me pay for not giving notice of 2 weeks before pulling him out! I think this is crap and I won’t pay! I’ve spoken to collections and I’ve sent them the proof Of all hospital records and the email that was sent out 2 days before my son was admitted! I would not ever recommend this daycare to anybody!
