The daycare is not up to date in the inside the staff their aren't certified and are very unprofessional they talk to the kids like their adults instead of toddlers. It smells poorly walking inside the building. The kids their are always sick, missing items that you may have sent them with and mixed up with other kids things which is unsanitary. The director is never their and doesn’t know how to talk to parents regarding their children.
The staff/owner is horrible. My daughter said a staff member shoved her on Feb 23. When trying to speak with that staff member she was very defensive and rude. Ms Felicia said she would view the video tape then set up a meeting on Feb 24. On February 24 instead of being able to view the tape my children was kicked out of the daycare and Ms. Felicia tried to attach me in front of parents and students. Once an investigation started she and the Pastor then lied and said there is no video.
