This provider has given me nothing but difficulty since the beginning my son was allergic to certain things I kept asking her not to give them to him she kept giving them to him and causing him to have allergic reactions which mimic flu-like symptoms it caused me to miss a lot of work also without her attitude was horrible when things did not go her way she laughed at communicating and lack that providing proper documentation for certain things she would take my child out without my permission and bring him back sometimes at 8:00 p.m. I would call and text her and ask where my child was and I would not get a respond till she arrived if I were to be 15 to 20 minutes late after my work shift she would go off on me and yell at me threatening to discontinue services she did not go by any guidelines that she promised or had me sign when I started her services I was very disappointed and when I tried to do my taxes she refused to give me any information regarding everything I paid for my children!!! The worst service ever there's so much more that she put me through and I will not discuss that online but this woman needs random check-ins she does not go by the book!!!
