Please keep your child from this place. Unprofessional staff and clueless director. Do not recommend.

The center's name has changed and is under new management.  I would NEVER work in a place under the conditions explained above where children come to be loved and cared for.  We are currently full to capacity with a waiting list for every group.  Keep us in prayer as we continue to strive for the Mark of Quality.

WARNING WARNING WARNING - This place is terrible. The "teachers" don't talk to parents, if they have a complaint, they send it to the director and the director brings you in for a "talk". By the time it gets to that point, the director hasn't a clue what's going on and has been fed BAD INFORMATION from the teachers. Don't expect the teachers to listen - if you've got a kid with a diaper rash, be prepared when they tell you you immediately have to come pick up your child AND get a doctors note to let them back in. Any excuse they can, they have you come pick your child up. We had attended Springfield Baptist CDC for about six months and in that time they had us come pick up our child at least a dozen times. Also, they post a week before they have a "teacher in-service day" - so they don't give you enough heads up that the SCHOOL IS CLOSED. They over feed the kids terrible food - ANYTIME a child cries, they choke food down them to get them to shut up. They hardly play with the youngest children - and instead leave the TV on all day and stick them in bouncers. Be wary about what food you drop off for your kid, and the diapers, wipes, blankets, etc. Our child freqently was not given the food sent with our child, and many times wore diapers that did not belong to us! This is a terrible, terrible, terrible place. We left as soon as we got an alternative.
