I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Devi Family Day care mistreats kids by screaming and slapping them around . If you do no want your children traumatized do not send them here. I don't knw why she is still in business

I disagree with the comment of the anonymous parent. I personally think that when you put yourself up as "anonymous" you definitely have something to hide! I don't! I have a 8, 7 and a 4 years old going to Devi's Family Daycare. My children were the first set of kids that Ms. Devi babysit even before she was licensed, which was over five years ago and they still attend her daycare. Her daycare is one of the BEST in Queens Village and I wouldn't dream of taking my children out of there. All of the children she presently have in her daycare has been with her since she became a licensed provider and since they were 8 months to 1 year and they are now three and four years old except for one. The anonymous parent child who is not a girl but a boy, who was in the daycare for only about 6 weeks before Ms. Devi TERMINATED the child from her daycare because of the parent. Ms. Devi take care of the children as if they are her own. She is an outspoken and respectful woman. She will do everything she can to help you and your child. She help me put my four year old in pre-k! Which daycare provider does that? Last year my seven year old had a promotion in letter from her school, Ms. Devi make it her personal goal to help my child advance to the next class and my child did! And I know all the parents feel the same about Ms. Devi Daycare because their children still attend DEVI'S FAMILY DAYCARE!!

Worst day care in Queens Village!! Do NOT register your kid at this day care. My child was going to her day care for months and she was terrified to go every morning. She'd tell me this day care provider was so mean to the children and forces them to eat until they vomit!! My child has told me on numerous occasions that all they do is watch tv and she's on the phone all day. She does not teach them anything!!! This is not a day care, this is a baby sitter!! She closes her day care for her personal reasons and still makes parents pay her for those days!! This is a very mean and disrespectful day care provider!! As i took my child out of this day care, a lot of parents were coming forward about their complaints with Devi. Keep your children away from this day care.
