Insufficient security policies. My husband has been picking up granddaughter since November 2021. On 1-21-22 he was unable to pick up with staff stating "You are not on the list". I was "on the list" and had to go and pick up. I presented my driver's license which was not verified by staff. "You must be Cheryl". Questioned staff in regards to their security policies and why they permitted my husband to pick up the child in the past if he was not "on the list". Staff stated "The girls knew him or the mother must have given verbal permission". Did not grasp that child was released multiple times to someone who was "not on the list". When questioned on their security policies, staff became rude and stated "Go ahead and report us to the state". This daycare breeched their own security policies and would not take responsibility for the breech.
