I have used this provider for less than 6 months
We contacted every daycare we could find in search of someone who had an opening for a 2 year old. We met with Patty and explained our 2yr old had special needs, to which she assured us she had decades of experience and would be just fine. She charges for time she isn’t open, gives little to no notice when she’s not going to be open, and sent us a text message the night before telling us she had changed her mind about caring for our child, “that she wished us the best of luck.” Then charged us for a month of daycare after only watching her for 6days and refused to refund our money until we threatened legal action. In our opinion she is unprofessional, untrustworthy and we would never recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable daycare.
