Great services. My children were exposed to many learning tools, consistently. They were always showing and telling me about something new that they learned at the center. I was very appreciative of the progress reports and the feedback that the staff and owner provided. I especially like the fact that my boys were in contact with a male employee (Manager) on the site. It was great interaction for them.
My 3 grands were enrolled in Four Seasons Learning Center (FSLC)for 4 years. It was the best experience we could have given the children as they were eager to participate and learn. The staff was engaging and professional at all times. Dr. Lampley was always willing to talk to us about the children's progress and she always had insight on what we could do at home to enhance the children's learning experience and their growth. We appreciate all of the learning, guidance and assistance that our children received during their early childhood development at .
I'm actually a former employee and I can completely agree with what the previous review said, there is absolutely no structure. There is definitely some adjustments that needs to be done, there's no orientation or training for you to even get the feel or get to know the kids. It's just poorly ran and I pray they will grow from every experience.
I am a former employee of four seasons early learning center. regarding my rating is due to the way the center is run, this is an open concept class rooms meaning that there are no walls between each section and the children are not learning due to the distractions of the other classes, during a 1-2 hour time frame the class rooms are very much over ratio some time more that 5 students at a time, one teacher is watcher two class rooms for over an hour or more, in the evening there is no structure within the class rooms, the children due what they want and the teachers are on there phones god knows doing what.
