Ms. Karen is excellent with children. Her center is very clean & is set for the children to play & learn. My 11 year old went to the center years ago when she was a toddler & loved it! Now my 2 year old attends & she loves it. I never have have no complaints & always satisfied when i pick my child up.
My son is 1 and loves the daycare and the teachers he loves going
Wise choice is an excellent learning choice I wouldn't choose any other day care
This administrator have a dog(pet). In order to get a buy-in support of parents, she lied to everyone that this is a center pet, selected by the kids. How will the entire center kids go to a pet store and buy a dog? This dog will be licking everyone's feet that walks in. Also, the dog is roaming around the kids area. The owner was very mean once we express how we feel that pet should not be roaming around the kids. We respect her personal life with pet but pets should remain at home where they belong. We also said that how will she feel if all the kids/parents bring pets into the child care center? Needless to say that we left and will never recommend this center to any parent.
My children attended this place for a very short time. On one occasion I picked up and my 4 year old had, had an accident. They didn't change her or call me to "teach her a lesson" and on another occasion my 7 month old was sprayed with lice spray(furniture spray) b/c they claimed she had lice. She had no hair and was cleared by her dr that day. Needless to say we never returned. Very ghetto. Staff knew nothing of current state regulations and the owner was down right rude!
