It comes off as a great place for a child to spend the summer. SEEMS affordable as well. From the start i got a bad vibe when the lady wouldnt get back to us about my child going there. When we did come in she seemed bothered and inpatient with us.We never got the 50$ or 100$ because we were 4 days off from it being 1yr and 6months since my child had gone to a horizons had the lady informed us we would of waited.why not?The estimate that was given to us was affordable can could definetly be within are budget until we got the actually bill it was 300$ more than the estimate which i was reminded rudly that it was an estimate to my understanding i always thought it usually within in the price range given not hundreds of dollars more.My husband myself and child were instantly treated like we were scum because we questioned the amount of money. We then had to set up a payment plan well because of that my child is outcasted outcasted he isnt allowed to go on the field trips with his class etc..This is not what a child needs to feel over a bad estimate that is currently being paid.I would never recommended this place unless you your child are prepared to feel like things ive said.
I just wish they would get qualified workers who understand kids needs and treat them with the respect that the kids deserve. Realize its not just a paycheck they are working for its the good of the children and making them feel like they are important. Respect is something that is earned. I wouldnt recommend this particular daycare to anyone from my experiences just my opinion.
