I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I have toured this facility and have seen 1 teacher which I think her name is Monica but anyways miss treated a child and is always walking out of the class room and leaving their assistant alone to do the teachers job which by the way is illegal in the state of New Jersey because I myself was a teachers aid then worked my way up in my career to be an teacher and in this state you have to be certified and have gone through college to get a teaching degree and the teachers aid and teachers assistant positions are not college needed nor college degrees needed but to be a teacher you need college and college degrees and discipline and training and be well trained and be able to do the job but this 1 teacher looks like she’s still in high school and she is way immature and undisciplined and not trained and well trained but she likes to walk out of class and use her phone and texts while making the assistant or teachers aid to do her job while she’s out fooling around and not paying attention to her own class and kids and her own job and I think that she needs to be investigated and immediate discipline action and possibly immediate dismissal of her job and should not be allowed to teach at all and she also treats her co workers like dirt and talks dirt on them and behind their back and talks in Spanish when she is talking dirt on people. I Don’t Recommend this facility for anyone and I rate this facility “0”!!!!!!.
