| Brief Description: The written medical statement from the health care provider must also state whether the child is a child with special health care needs and, if so, what special provisions, if any, will be necessary in order for the child to participate in child day care. When the written statement from the health care provider advises the day care program that the child being enrolled is a child with special health care needs, the day care program must work together with the parent and the child's health care provider to develop a reasonable health care plan for the child while the child is in the child care program. The health care plan for the child must also address how the day care program will obtain or develop any additional competencies that the caregivers will need to have in order to carry out the health care plan for the child. | |||

My son is now 4 and entering pre-K, and has gone to Linda’s Kids since he was 9 months old. He will continue to be at Linda’s for after school childcare, and I am enrolling my 4 month old baby next month when I go back to work. Linda’s is absolutely OUTSTANDING. I pulled my son at one year bc the center based daycare we were on the waiting list for opened up. We ended up returning to Linda’s after just 6 weeks bc her care for my son was above and beyond, as if he was her own. I have relied on Linda’s Kids Daycare for years, and I never have to worry when I drop off my kids. I know they’re being taken care of just as well as I would do myself. At first I was he distant about group family daycare instead of center-based, but the caregivers at Linda’s are just unmatched. Side note: regarding the lawsuit review, I’ve never heard of any lawsuits, and I find it irrelevant for someone who has only toured the facility to even be able to speak on it. It’s spreading falsehoods.
This daycare us under 3 lawsuits, i would not send my child here where they steal money from people. RUN FROM THIS DAYCARE!!!
