Ximena’s Playground Day Care is a Group Family Day Care in Yonkers NY, with a maximum capacity of 16 children. The home-based daycare service helps with children in the age range of Total Capacity: 12 children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years and 4 additional school-aged children. (there must be one caregiver for every two children under the age of two years old).
This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only.

I been bringing my child to Ximena’s playground daycare for more then six months and all I can say are great things about them.
The way they treat my child and how happy she is to go there makes me feel very comfortable knowing that I have to go to work and not worry about my child’s safety.
I would recommend this daycare ????% knowing how good they are.
En la vida somos muy pocos de podernos encontrarnos con la suerte de gente Buena q atiendan a tus hijos con delicadeza con cariño,con paciencia,de enseñarles todo lo q tienen q aprender a su debido tiempo,muy organizado,muy limpio y le doy gracias a Dios por q puedo irme a mi trabajo y dejar a mi hijo de un año y un mes con Lupita y Mariel el empezó el Daycare a los 8 meses y la experiencia q he tenido con ellos ha sido muy Linda,en verano tienen muchas actividades en su hermosa yarda y en invierno a dentro también,Gracias a su esposo Claudio x darle ese apoyo incondicional a ella,yo estoy encantada y puedo irme a mi trabajo con los ojos cerrados y se q está en muy Buenas manos,ella te tiene durante el tiempo q está con el bebé a el tanto,Dios les siga dando mucho éxito y paciencia para seguir adelante les Recomiendo a todos Este daycare mil Gracias
I really would have given this daycare 5 stars before what happened. Now, I wish I can give ZERO. Reality really hit us hard. My son is a 6 month old baby diagnosed with Trisomy 21 which is a form of down syndrome. Claudio and Maria decided at the very last minute to dismiss my child from daycare due to feeling uncomfortable with the amount of questions we ask. Please note that this "issue" was never brought up to us before she decided to dismiss us from the daycare, and she has always seemed comfortable with our questions and concerns. This literally came out of the blue and it all happened in one day. We have been nothing but respectful. Mind you, we only ask how much milk he drank by the end of the day and if his nose (because he's been stuffy for a little over 3 weeks)sounds better during the day. By the time we get home we can only spend about 3 hours with him before he goes to sleep. So isn't it normal for parents to ask questions to a daycare that takes care of their child for most of the day? That is not a good reason to kick us out of the daycare. They already made up their minds before we arrived at their home and had the paperwork ready to "let us go". This was truly an inconvenience. We are both parents that work and I had to take time off from my job to search for another daycare for my infant son without pay. Perhaps there was some sort of underlying issue or discrimination against us for WHATEVER reason because their reasoning just didn't make sense. This is not how you treat people who are trusting you to take care of their baby. Especially us as new parents, we are new to the daycare experience and in no way did they show any care or concern about what they were doing to us. I am not sure what we even did wrong to be treated and kicked out the way that we did. But everything happens for a reason and maybe they are not the genuine people that everyone seems to think they are.
I have been with Claudio for almost 6 years now and he is one of the most caring and kind people I know. I have met his wife on several occasions, she is such a nice lady and I would not want anyone else watching my kids besides them. They are great parents and have slowly began to teach their children how to be loving, kind and independent people, just like them.
I have seen how wonderful Mrs. Herrera is with children. She has a way with kids and creates a very safe environment for them. Everything is kept spotless. And She is also a very good role model...
Ximena’s Daycare is a magical place for kids. They have everything the kid might need and like - numerous toys and activities, and what’s the main part of healthy kids routine- perfect outdoor spot for your kids enjoyment. My daughter goes there with with a huge enthusiasm and it speaks for itself. Miss Herrera creates a wonderful environment for kids development, rest and fun. She is always very kind and caring. This is the best experience I ever had with daycare. Highly recommend! Thank you for your hard work with our kids.
Ximenas daycare program is honestly one of the best there is. Ximena takes excellent care of the kids, plays with them and is a loving , nurturing provider . The daycare is always clean and organized . She treats each kid like if they were her own. She has patience with kids and my daughter just loves her and makes me feel comfortable going to work and knowing she is in great hands.ximena always keeps me posted with what ever is going on with my kid and she is very attentive .If you need someone reliable, loving and responsible to look after your child , you have found her . Ximenas playground daycare is fenomenal .
This little daycare is amazing they have all the trust care love and safety tools to keep a child safe. The owners are very nice friendly wonderful people my daughter loves being there and always excited to go back the very next day I highly recommend this daycare to everyone
