October 2022 - My husband picked my daughter up from here with a huge goose egg on her forehead that was pooled with blood. That was the first we heard of it, no contact was made to us when she got hurt. She was given an ice pack and snuggles, then put down for nap shortly after, which goes against the first rule when it comes to a head injury. We got 3 different stories as to how this happened, no incident report was filled out at the time of the incident, not until I called the owner while we were at Cardinal Glennon. The owner then filed one out so it was not signed by all required, and nothing on daily log sheet.

We never took her back. I know bumps and bruises are going to happen, which is why we didn't say anything the week prior when no one had answers for the laceration on her face, but this was ridiculous.

They also allowed her to go with someone they have never met before on 2 occasions. The first day she was there, and again one day during the 3rd week of October.

She was here for less than 2 months, I regret it.

After this incident, the owner sent a text message ensuring they were going to get more staffing and take first aid classes. With their track record on the Licensing website - MO Dept of Education - the violations for not having classes completed, I don't have much faith.

My Daughter has been going to Giggle Buggs since November 2020.
I pulled my Daughter out indefinitely today due to how we were treated by Kim the owner. Kim likes to make up rules as she goes that are not in the contract you sign. No matter how good of a client you are you will quickly realize your child is just a number in her bank account. You and your Child are expendable to her.

My 3 year old Daughter is in tears right now, we stood at the gate today and watched her friends play, she didn't understand why she was being turned away due to us being 5 min "late". Her Daddy is currently in the hospital with 3rd degree burns, we didn't get any sleep the night before and were exhausted.

I messaged Kim to let her know we were running late, Kim instead of talking to me directly had her employees turn us away.

This 9 a.m. sharp drop off policy is not in her contract. When she first mentioned this policy she blamed it on covid and state rules but she must of forgotten about this because she now states it's just her personal policy. Of all the days that I've paid for my child to not even be there due to being sick or doctors appointments I refuse to pay for a day after being turned away over 5 min, especially with how rudely we were treated by Kim.

Seeing my Daughters heart broken not being allowed to join her friends and Kim's lack of empathy was the last straw for me.

Just know she would rather you drop off your child in a soiled diaper than be 1 min past her 9 a.m. drop off time.

Apparently she has this policy because she doesn't want children being dropped off past 9 a.m. to disrupt class time, yet they are typically playing outside during this time.

The Teachers are wonderful my Daughter will miss them but Kim treated us like Garbage.
