If I could give this provider a 0/5 I would have. Mickey is the rudest person when she knows she is wrong. I won’t go into extreme detail because I don’t want retaliation, but I paid each week in advance, only needed 2 days a week with 1 day being the same every week. Showed up that specific day and was told they didn’t have room for my child. I HAD ALREADY PAID! Wouldn’t give me my money back, then charged me for the following week, and the week after that since I didn’t give her a two weeks notice of my child no longer attending. I didn’t give a two weeks notice because I got FIRED because they couldn’t keep my child that day. Also, when my child attended, there were other parents not happy about certain marks left on their children.

If you want unfair treatment this is a great place to go. I took cupcakes for my kids bday and because he wouldn't take a nap they wouldn't give it to him made him watch as everyone eles ate them. I had to take it home so he could eat it after a week of sitting there.They do as good if not a better job of talking about all the parents than they do taking care of the kids don't go here drive right past it and never look back till they close and reopen as something eles.
