This is the most unprofessional child care facility I've ever encountered. On more than one occasion they close the facility for a prolong period of time without properly informing parents of the changes. You literally show up with your child to a note on the door that they are closed. Even though they have your contact information they never use it to inform you of anything. Whenever their any changes you are never properly informed, when they are ask about the situation the coordinator blatantly lies to your face. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
I never had the chance to formally say goodbye to a certain bus driver, and for that I am sorry. I would now like to say, properly, goodbye Mrs. Joy, and sorry I couldn't say it on my last day.
