Worst Pre School I ever worked at. I thought I was hired for my 30 year experience. That was a joke. They hired anyone. Young and no schooling or experience. They came to play, not for a career. They didn’t have a cap on enrollment. Never had same kids. 6 two year olds. No help. They would add 3 and 4 yr olds so I could legally have 12. They were reimbursed by the food program. They mixed everything together like stew. Kids never ate. No holiday, sick or vacation pay. Take a lunch 30 minutes after arriving. No art supplies. Non allowed in class. We’re not allowed to talk with Parents. They always came in and said “How many kids do you have” so they could add more. Nap was a joke. No desk to sit at to do weekly plans. It’s was cleaning with harsh chemicals. No windows opened u. Bolted shut. The bug company even came during nap to spray. They never turned a child away even if we were not trained to deal with their handicaps. It was awful. Kids in 4 yr old rooms knew nothing. No shapes
