Description: Children's Discovery Learning Center (CDLC) is a children's organization in existence to provide Utah families with quality programs for children ages infant to 12 years old. CDLC operates the children's programs within the Discovery Clubhouse locations. We provide Infant & Toddler programs preschool, before and after school care, and summer camp programs. Also, we work with families and their circumstances to identify tuition assistance programs that may be available for them.

I was unimpressed and disappointed with this center at every turn. There were multiple reg flags with poor communication, disorganization, lack of caring on the part of their employees and director. I never received confirmation that we were even accepted, I had to reach out and got a short email confirming we were. They couldn’t get back to me on any of my questions, and went so far as to say “oh you’re that woman that keeps calling.” To top it off, my daughter was mysteriously disenrolled and no one had any answers for me, and no desire to fix the issues. I felt as a parent my needs were ignored and unimportant, this place is so chaotically ran that I’m not sure how it’s even open, and they informed me my child was not going to have care the Friday before she was supposed to start. I am echoing a previous review in saying you get what you pay for. I would not trust my child with these people, and dissuade you from considering trusting them with your child’s care. Consider this a warning! Run far away.
I had 2 children whom attended this daycare. My children loved the teachers. As did I. Months went by and started noticing that they were coming home wet. I don't mean wet from playing in water, I mean wet from urine. That's right. On several documented occasions I would pick up my kids and they would smell like pee so bad it'd make me gag. I went to the teachers, I talked to the front office staff, I even went above them and spoke to the owner. Nothing changed. I became angry and said things that should or should not have been said. But when you continuously have to ask, and beg someone who is supposed to be taking care of your children to please remind them to go potty and nothing changes eventually you're going to snap. I wrote a negative review about their establishment and was called out for it on Facebook. I had to even remove my comment because they were harassing me about it. They even threatened me with legally pursuing charges against me. For what? Because I had a negative experience with something? They also made up lies saying that they have copies of my friends photo ID. They do not have that. My friend literally walked into the daycare and walked right out with my children no one was in the front office to ID her. When she got my children from their classroom the teacher just waived her out. Their reaction to this shows exactly the kind of establishment they are running. They are a group of adults whom I can guarantee are at least 12-18 years older than me. And instead of fixing the issue they want to continue fighting about it. Which is fine. However, really think before you place your kids in this daycare. You don't want to go through what we did.
