My 5 year old granddaughter went to this daycare for about 3 weeks before we took her out.I picked her up one day and it was clear that she had been crying. The owner said that she had been emotional that day, but couldn't tell me why. I could tell the minute she came up to me why she was crying. She had an accident and had soaked her clothes completely. when I changed her in the car it was clear that she had been that way for hours. Her skin was cold and wrinkled. She was afraid to tell anyone that she had an accident because they (the owner) just told her to stop crying because there was nothing to cry about. This is neglect in my opinion! No one ever showed this little girl that they cared about her. She did not want to return and I was definitely not going to send her there ever again.
