Love working here and love working with children. They are our future. Our goal is to give your child the best care on a daily basis and prepare them for their next Step in life. Our goal is to assure parents that their child is being well taken care by our actions and the care and comfort we provide them, not always an easy job but never the less. It is what we thrive to do. Professionalism, courtesy reliability. Endurance and respect is what we thrive to give each child and each parent. Not always easy as there are parents with some very sad and scary issues; unfortunately you can not please everyone but if you please the majority... then we’ve done our job!

I know most of the employees here and have interacted with most of the parents. I find this center to be one of the best because of the quality of care and comfort that is provided to the children placed in their care for 5 days a week and 9 to 10 hours a day. Activities breakfast lunch a level of education is provided and pm snacks are provided in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Each child is handled with care and every parent is treated with a level of respect regardless of how staff are treated or spoken to by some of the parents. Every parent who has a grievance or complaint is handled appropriately. Masks are always worn and staff are respectful and considerate. I highly recommend Little Steps Big Steps and I suggest you pay them a visit and make up your own mind.
