We observed that staff frequently make complaints to remove our children early during the day for unsupported reasons, lying about situations that aren’t occurring. On various occasions, we take the complaint to owner attention, but there is no action to protect our interest as a parent and we didn’t get a refund for the not provided aftercare, since we are occurring in extra cost for additional care and reduced work scheduled, this is no longer supporting our needs.
I do not see a nurturing and positive relationship between admin staff and my children; however, when a teacher is absent the move the admin staff to provide support and frequently assists my children’s teacher in the classroom. The frequently in-out time affected our mornings routine, because during the last six months, we are having too many situations ending in chaos and frustration due to your constantly changing about cut-off time, especially for not considering when an unexpected urgent matter occurs. We previously advised the 5 minutes delay, but still, the staff refused to allow our children in; adding to that, there were quite many unreasonable complaints that led me to miss several workdays and rush my way to daycare for an inexistence reason.
