I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I enjoyed taking my son to this daycare they did take good care of my son until two teachers from the facility suddenly left from one day to another, things slightly changed and noticed my son was less cared for. I was also waiting to get an approval for subsidy assistance to pay for child care and the owner Yanery supposedly submitted my application but never gave me a status when I continuously asked 2 months after I gave her my paper work shortly after my son was enrolled. I had to go out of my way to look for the status of an application I personally did not submit and came to find out my application was never submitted & couldn't be found in the Early Learns mailbox. I brought this up to the owner and all she had to say was that she did submit it but if I can't take my son then she will find another child to take his spot and once I get the approval hopefully there's still a spot available for him. The owner was beyond unprofessional and seemed very shady after I did my own homework to find the status for my application SHE submitted. My son will never go to this daycare again and I personally will not recommend anyone I know to take their child here due to unprofessionalism and selfishness.
