I am the owner

The above review dated June 10, 2021 is from my customer who went on a one week vacation without telling me beforehand, thus the communication lack was on her part. It was assumed that I would hear from the grandmother that she was not available for the week. This was one of many egregious behaviors from this family, thus I dismissed her, not the other way around.
