I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Staff is extremely neglectful, and incompetent. The “Director” Ginelle ignored medical plans and emergency prevention protocol provided by my son’s doctor for his type 1 diabetes. This facility sent him into NUMEROUS medical emergencies all due to her and her staffs lack of effort and compliance. Ginelle speaks unprofessionally, is rude to concerned family members. During the last medical emergency that was a direct result of the facility not following his medical plan she hung up on numerous family members checking in unsure of his medical status, telling me she “can’t deal with me right now” and eventually just stopped answering the phone. I immediately left work to go get my son and upon arrival Ginelle wouldn’t speak to me. After reporting her yet again, I received a phone call that night at 9pm, with barely 10 hours notice before the next school day that the board had decided to wrongfully suspended my son from school due to her lack of being able to comprehend his basic medical needs, they decided her care was unsafe. Yet she still gets to go to work every day and be responsible for these children she is failing. This is just one of the MANY medical emergencies this facility has caused my son. Since, he has started a new school with the exact same medical plans she was provided and that she blamed for her negligence and he has not had one single hiccup in his needs since being there. He has actually been doing the best that we have seen in a very long time. I write this with only the hope that no other children with medical needs like my son fall into the hands of such negligent and incapable staff. The outcome here could have been much worse.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Our kids have been enrolled here for a year and we couldn't ask for a more professional and caring environment for them to be in each day. The staff is not only nurturing but really tunes in to what every kid is struggling with or excited by each and every day. For the kids that require a little extra support, they are patient and communicative with the parents about progress and setbacks. It is always tough to leave your kids in someone else's care but AACC has made it less difficult for our family.

Well I'm so glad I went on this sight, because I have a 17 month old which I was thinking about being her there just 1 or 2 days a week some kind of socialization.. but not now. Heck no. So this makes me really really sad because my oldest daughter used to go there about 5 years ago and it was such a great place. But new owners now and it sounds to me that the new owner needs to figure something out real quike because I can tell u right now after reading these comments theres no way in heck I will bring my daughter there.. so thank you again for all who have shared your stories. I'm so sorry for you and your poor innocent children. Who dont have a voice, so we need to be their voice for them. This is just so sad. Like I said happy days used to be such a warm and inviting family like place .

My child was with ms edie. He is a special needs child. He has never even been afraid of the dark. My child would shake so hard dropping him off scream and cry and beg no. He would come home with bites bruises scrapes. Even bruises on his genitals. Ms.edie wluld give me attitude whenever i tried to ask what happened. He wpuld be thirsty and hungry. One day not a single diaper was used and had a huge rash. My poor baby i told dcf and the director and nothing was done abojt it.

If a zero star was option that’s what I would use.
My child was abused by his teacher and I use to work at the facility and wrote a letter to the board and they did nothing. Do not send your child here. Unsafe and poor management

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

When I first brought my daughter to this place it was incredible I loved her teachers and I did not have to worry once . Soon after the teachers started leaving and I started to get worried and I figured it was just me being protective. Once the daycare center opened back up my daughter was put in a separate room with a woman named Edie. My daughter then started coming home with unexplained marks and bruises. No incident reports..nothing. I asked what happened multiple times and the only thing I got was “no one saw anything” “no one heard her cry” well I soon pulled my daughter out and had to quit my job, I could not stand another day of having to drop my daughter off. She would come home grumpy and thirsty she would be so hungry when I brought her home. I’m so glad I took her out of daycare and I did make a dcf report but they didn’t find anything. Which I found multiple cases have been made against this daycare and multiple photos of children’s unexplained injuries have been taken by parents. I recently just had been contacted by someone that will remain anonymous but reliable confirming that this teacher was not only aggressive with my daughter but would call her a spoiled brat and a crybaby. I’m so heartbroken. Please do not bring your children to this place!!!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This place is horrible. I witnessed my child being grabbed and dragged across the room to where her feet couldn’t keep up when she attended this childcare center back in March. The teacher left a mark on her shoulder with showing nail marks. I brought this concern to the director and assistant director and reported it to DCF. I was told by the director that my child wouldn’t be with that teacher who put her hands on my child again but the teacher could continue to work there. A few days after my child was placed in that room with her abuser. I was harassed, yelled at, given dirty looks, deleted off the daycare Facebook page and yelled at to leave the room at pick up by my daughters abusive teacher. This place makes me sick! More and more abuse cases open monthly. The SAME teacher works there and continues to abuse these 1 year old children who have no voice. I’ve spoken to many moms and all of our stories are the same, all of our children came home with marks and no incident reports. All of our children were abused and have NO voices because they are ONE. And this teacher is STILL working there. Please BEWARE. DCF did not help any of our cases, everything is brushed under the rug. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! I wrote a review on their Facebook page back in March and it was deleted, so I’ll put one here too!
