Description: Home Away from Home early learning programs are play based. They have been created with a healthy balance between child initiated and structured activities. We provide a wide variety of experiences to simulate interest, curiosity and imagination. Family involvement is always welcomed.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
|Regulation/Restriction: 4.3.1: Every parent shall be offered an opportunity to participate in formal or informal parent conferences at least two (2) times every 365 days to discuss children's learning, development, and interactions in the CBCCPP. Staff will invite parents to share information about the child in his/her home environment and to provide input to the CBCCPP environment. CBCCPP staff with primary responsibility for the child shall participate in parent conferences.
|Regulation/Restriction: 220.127.116.11: Within six (6) months of the initial date of employment, staff working with children and the program director shall maintain an up- to-date BFIS Quality and Credential Account. Documentation, verification of qualifications and all annual professional development activities as specified in the rules in sections 7.3 and 7.4 of these regulations shall be submitted to NLCDC to be verified and maintained in BFIS.
