I have used this provider for more than 6 months

As a parent and a teacher I was thrilled to have found a place where I know my child would be safe. We never had a problem until recently and that's when the true colors of the owner came out. My son starting pinching himself, screamed at pickup, not sleeping through the night, screamed when either my husband or myself walked away. I asked the owner if his room could be changed. She said no let's what happens. Well my child screaming in the middle of the night is what happened...consistently. My child also has an ifsp and who knows if that was followed. I was told by the owner she's known his teacher since she was 4 and she's a good teacher. I would write his teacher notes..no response. The lack of communication was terrible and my son was getting worse. Eventually I raised hell..got him in another classroom..and we are off to a new school soon. It's sad because we had amazing teachers until this person. Also the owner told me the reason my child might have autism is because I was older when I had him. Whatever you do not send your child there. There are no cameras. Spend the extra money and put them in Goddard!
