If I could give 0 stars I would. Shelley terminated my 10 month old because he was not in her routine after 9 days. Paid for 3 weeks $630 dollars and he only attended 9 out of that because she is unreliable. My son was terrified everyday after picking him up for at least an hour. One day I picked him up with a dirty diaper stuck to his skin at 10:45 am, she said the kids were all changed at 8:30 and nothing else. He should have been changed. I wish I never put him through that experience. She suggested him sleeping in a closet with wires hanging because she could not provide a quiet space for him to nap. He has started a new daycare and they said he has no issues napping and is happy as ever. Please never put your kids through what we went through, this daycare is awful.

Shelley is great with the children and loves each child, even the ones that test her buttons like my son! My son comes home every day with something new hes learned. She allows the children to grow and develop independently and its rewarding to see my son and his friends run right to her in the mornings at drop off. 

Our experience with this provider was terrifying. I will not disclose too much information, but will say that this daycare facility is not equipped to watch younger children (ages: 2 years and under) I would also make sure that are aware of who/why/when will be around your children. Many times we saw Shelley's friends, family members, etc. hanging out in the daycare and outside of the daycare. None of that was disclosed when we enrolled. The only positive is the daycare is new and the cleanliness of the facility is tolerable.
