I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My experience at this child care center was unpleasant and negative. After I was asked to follow through with the enrollment process, obtaining a full medical clearance for my child, submitting payment, etc my child went for his first day only to be quickly kicked out My biggest concern is that my child was kicked out of the program without any trial or explanation except that "this is not the appropriate setting." This behavior was not only unprofessional, but traumatizing for my child who was prepared to start at this child care center. While I was given a refund, I am not happy about the unprofessionalism of this place and I do not recommend.
