I am the owner

We are under the supervision of the department of health, department of education and cacfp .
We operate a quality program in this community.
Materials are continually purchased and brought into the facility pending on the units of study. No child would fight over lack of educational toys - they are supervised by the teachers .
The staff will clean all of the time !
We have scored above average on the class assessment with the department of education .
Rat infestation we have a pest control company that comes in as a preventive method and cleaning is completed daily along with a deep cleaning weekly . The pest control violation from 2017 was due to a log book we could not find during an inspection but sent over with two days .
Mold upon all inspections never once was there a concern about mold and the carpets are professionally cleaned.
We have a catering company that brings in meals twice a day . Our drinking water fountains are filtered and tested for lead always coming back clear . All within cacfp guidelines .
Please look online at all of our reviews and our history .
We are a staple in the community and welcome to chance to provide quality childcare with our caring staff.

WARNING! Do Not Put Your Child or Children In This Daycare (Especially Ages 2-3 Years-Old)

As A Former Lead Teacher That Worked In This Facility. I Am Warning All Parents And Legal Guardians Please! Look For Another Daycare. 700 Rosewood ALL SEASON DAYCARE Is A Health Hazard For Not Only The Children But The Teachers That Work There. According To My Personal Experience The Owner Does Not Care About The Children Nor Her Workers. She Is A Parasite In The Community And Is Only Here, To Collect And Live Off Your Vouchers And Your Money... Yet Refuse, To Fix or Buy Any Form of Materials For The Kids. The DAYCARE Is Infested With ***Roaches*** Along With Other Disturbing And Disgusting Things. I Found A Large Cluster Of Cockroaches Inside The Plastic Where Children's Diapers Are Located. The Changing Table Is A Total Breeding Ground For Them. She Refuses To Throw It Out And Purchase A New One.

**Rat Infestation** As I prepared Nap Time, I found a cluster of **Rat Feces** All On The Children's Cots Where Their Blankets Are Located, If There Is Feces I Am Pretty Sure There Is Piss As Well. I Made Several Complaints About This Particular Incident To The Owner And Director. They Did Call Someone, But All The Person Did, Was Put Down A Mouse Trap. What I EXPECTED Them To Do Was Look For The Holes, Close Them Up And Exterminate The Faculty (During Off Hours) But The Next Day I Saw Another Cluster of Rat Feces, But Once Again That's To Show, The Lack of Concern And Respect They Have For The Children And The Teachers That Are There From 8 AM-5 PM Everyday. That's Not Even The Worst Part… Let's Talk About The

***MOLD*** Another Teacher And I Found A Large Amount Of Mold Under One Of The Capets(Mold Is Known To Cause Serious Health Issues,Not To Mention The Whole Room Has That Same Smelly, Dirty Bacterial Infested Carpet That The Kids Sit And Sometimes Lay On.) In The back of the room( where they keep the two-years- old) the small sink was Leaking, And the carpet was extremely soaked for five to eight days, imaging the amount of mold under there. I Requested Numerous Times For A New Carpet(For Circle Time) And Professional Disinfecting, But Once Again, My Request Was Dismissed And Ignored. The Space For The Two And Three Years Old is Too Small.

There Is NO FORM OF VENTILATION or Windows For Fresh Air. The Lights In The Back of The Room Are Full of Dust( The Whole Room Is Dusty. Imagine How Difficult It Is To Breathe Especially With A Mask On) The Walls Are Filthy With Chip Paint. It Feels Like A Prison. The Kids Do Not Even Have Filtered Drinking Water.. It’s Been Times When I or The Other Teacher Would Have To Buy Water or Food Because The Kids Refuse To Eat The Food Provided By The Establishment. I Do Not Blame Them.( One Child Did Eat The food One Day, (Chicken) His Stool was so watery (4 times within 1 hour) I could not wipe his bottom it was so Sore And He Was In So Much Pain.

It Is My Sworn Testimony that the children Ages 2-3 Years Old at 700 rosewood (Daycare) Are 100% Miserable. They Fight For Toys Constantly. No Educational Materials, Unless Us Teachers Purchase Them With Our Own Money, We Do It.. Because We Care( Its Sad, The Amount of Hard Work And Dedication Us Teachers Do For The Children Yet The Lack of Appreciation We Get Is Flabbergasting. We Are Overworked, And underpaid. Meanwhile, The Owners Are Getting The Money To Services The Kids And They Refuse To Buy Toys, A New Carpet, Educational Material, And Make Sure The Environment Is Clean.(which Makes Our Job Harder When The Kids Become Rebellious Due To The poor Environment conditions) There Is No Space or Room For Them To Exercise or Move Around.

THE TOYS ARE OLD AND BROKEN And Have Been SWAPPED TO BE TESTED FOR LEAD POISON. Because Of The Large Amounts of Paint That Comes Off When Cleaning Them. It Is Very Sad And Disturbing. The Owners of ALL SEASON DAYCARE Are Getting Paid Good Money For Each Child Whether or Not It's A Voucher or Cash. It is Their Obligation To Serve The Children And Their FamilIes With The Best Service And Care…

NOT INDULGE IN THEIR GREEDY AND SELFISH INTEREST. Because of Cov19 Parents Are Not Allowed In The Daycare

But Parents, Please, It Is Your Obligation As Parents or Legal Guardian To See Exactly Where Your Child Is Going To Be At. What Toys Are They Going To Be Playing With. What Are They Going To Be Learning And What Are Your Expectations…

I Know It's Hard When You Are Trying To Work To Provide For Your Kids/ Family or Just Need A Break, But Look At The Conditions They are in. They Are Suffering.

I Got Sick Because of The Conditions of The Daycare And Requested Some Time Off To Seek Medical Attention And Was Told By The Owner If I Do Not Come In I Will No Longer Be An Employee There. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, (I Still Have Not Received My Paycheck From 3 weeks Ago Going On Four). MY HEALTH COMES FIRST. Everyone Sees What's Going On In That Daycare But Refuses To Speak Up (Self Interest) ..

Some Will Talk Behind The Owner’s Back Expressing Their Strong Dislike For Her And Her Mother…. But Never Speak Up And Tell Them What They Are Doing Is Absolutely WRONG AND SELFISH. Right Is Right And Wrong Is Wrong.Be Careful What You Do To Others Because It Will Always Come Back To You.

I Have A Whole Community Behind Me. Everyone I Know Is Well Aware of This Ordeal . I Have Videos As Well As Pictures That I Have Been Documenting The Unethical, Inhuman And Disgusting Conditions The Children 2-3 Years Old Are In. It is agony to my soul. And brings on a lot of stress to my conscience To see What's Going On There, On A daily basis.

Save Your Children By Not Putting Them IN ALL SEASON DAYCARE AGES 2-3 YEARS OLD.

The Preschool Side Has Some Amazing Teachers And They Do Their Best To keep Their Class Area Clean And Organized. They Are also Funded By The DOE Therefore they Have More Materials And Rules To Follow.. However The Environment On The 2- 3 Side Is Unacceptable It Is not Suitable For Anyone... Mold, Dust, potential Lead, Rat Infestation, Roaches Infestation No One Should Be Breathing That In. Or drinking unfiltered tap water. I Am Happy to Be Out Of There But I Must Warn People for This is My Community For 23 Years and if you Want to Serve The

People HERE...Do It Right.
