From day 1 I felt comfortable. I had never used daycare before and the staff is friendly and caring. They provide me with feedback on my children and work with me every step of the way. I have since changed jobs since they started and I will not change daycares. There is no one I trust more than these people with my children. Mindy is the greatest!
The level of care received was not what I expected or was told. My child came home soaked, staff had a complaint daily from either having to feed my child to the type of diapers I provided! When director was contacted nothing changed! Consequentially, I removed my child and placed my child into another facility!
