Nella portrayed herself as a caring provider who loves to hold young babies, but she went against all of my wishes -- for example, putting my child who was 4 months old in a walker after both my husband and I expressly said not to, at the advice of our pediatrician. She used a swing which is against regulations requiring a flat service. Even with no other children in her care at the time, she left my infant to cry it out and try to train my baby. How can she expect parents to pay her to essentially neglect their kids? She advised me to hold him less. She tried to convince me to allow them to keep the TV on despite my strong concerns against it, essentially breaking with the American Pediatrics guidelines. I removed my child from her care as soon as I could, but remain traumatized as a mother for making the mistake of trusting her in the first place. She is a dangerous combination of ignorant, uncaring, and arrogant -- and she has no place caring for children, esp young ones under 2 yrs of age who are defenseless and cannot communicate well directly.

I would give Nela no stars! She is a fraud and neglects children!!! She did not attend to my daughter’s needs and left her in the playpen to cry for hours! Nela is an old miserable angry Italian woman who attempts to appear as a caring baby lover! She is not! She made my daughter sick, by giving her formula instead of breastmilk that I provided. She is the worst person towards children!!!!
