Walked in to find both Kim and her husband asleep. I was able to get my child, walk around the main areas of the home and leave without them waking up. This confirmed my supervision concerns that had been building. Kim has too many children for her space and age. The children never seemed to be playing. They were either watching TV or sleeping. My child often was wet or soiled upon pick up. I was given many excuses for any concerns I raised.
