De Colores Home Learning Center

Our experience with De Colores Home Learning Center has exceeded our expectations. Ms. Sarita shows compassion, patience, and love to all of her children and we can certainly tell by the smile on our child’s face. Sometimes she doesn’t even want to leave! The center is run by a magnificent teacher who ensures an amazing daily routined schedule. She provides safety, cleanliness, developmental age appropriate activities, healthy balanced meals made from love, and an overall great orderliness of facility that ultimately promotes great social/emotional growth and beneficial academic learning. We receive a daily verbal report and we are given the opportunity to access programs that can keep track of our child’s academic learning. We appreciate the time, love, and patience she exemplifies on a daily basis to our child. If you have the opportunity to enroll your child, please do so! As parents, you want to feel confident in the decision you make and we certainly feel confident in choosing this facility for our child!

As an educator working in early childhood, I have had the opportunity to work with and visit a variety of centers. De Colores should be rated the best in the area. The owners enrich the children's day with developmentally appropriate activities that support social-emotional growth, cultural diversity and early academic learning. The skills and values taught within the setting set children up for success while in a place that each child can feel valued. As parents, we felt at ease when dropping our son off at De Colores Home Learning Center and loved the open communication between the owners and parents. Of most importance, is the fact that both Ms. Sarita and her husband respect and truly love the children as their own, creating a wonderful environment that cannot be matched!

My kids love Mrs. Sarita and his family. They treat your kids with love and respect and they learn a lot. She is a very dedicated teacher and you can trust your kids with her.

My son attended DeColores Daycare center and it was the best experience for him and for me. Mrs. Sarita has always been compassionate and very honest in ways to help my son be successful. I would recommend her services to anyone wanting their child to learn Spanish, and sign language.

I have been a volunteer at De Colores Home Learning Center in a couple of occasions. I was beyond thrilled to volunteer with such an amazing person. She engages with each child in a kind and fun way. The children adore her and are always happy when they see her. I have never seen them act out. They are always listening and having a good time. Their meals are well prepared and delicious that they ask for more. Even when I was reading a book to them, they were attentive and well mannered. I can testify that Mrs. Sarita is an excellent teacher and a magnificent human being. She is a role model to me because she has mentored me to also have a passion for children. I have learned how to sharpen my communication skills with children.

Ms. Sarita has been watching both of my grandsons for many years. She is the most loving, caring and honest person. I feel she provides 100% safety and professional care for my grandsons. She adores them both to pieces, their faces light up when they see her. She plays fun and educational games with them both and games that are age appropriate for each. She ensures their diet is plentiful with nothing but healthy food. It's so cute because she will even make characters out of some things to make it fun and enjoyable for them. They get to play indoors and outdoors, she ALWAYS has their safety at heart, she provides us with a full verbal report daily when they are picked up. I have never ever seen her lack patience with my boys or any of the other children in the home. She keeps everything spotless at all times. I would recommend her to anyone. I am so pleased my grandsons have been secondly raised by one of the most amazing women I have ever known.

My son has been with Mrs. Sarita for over 2 years. He will be leaving her and going to Kindergarten. She is very compassionate, easy but firm with the kids. My son has learned so much form her and so have I. He was very picky and she found fun creative ways to help with his eating. He has learned Spanish, sign language (which he used just as of last night) a few site words, letters, numbers etc. I am beyond pleased with what she has done for him and I cant wait to see how well he does in school. We will truly miss her. Phenomenal Teacher

Mrs. Sarita Medero Took care of my child. My husband and I had no worries while at work. She is one of the reason why my child excell in school. She taught the kids how to write, read and do other fun stuff. We highly recommend her. We love you Mrs. Sarita!

De Colores Home Learning Center was homeaway from home for my young daughter for over two years. The center is not only run by a loving and caring woman but she went above and beyond to provide engaging and age appropriate activities for my daughter. Since leaving the center my daughter has transitioned into public school with ease. I attribute her success with the great foundation She received from Ms.Serita!

My experience with De Colores Home daycare has been nothing but positive! My son had been with for almost 2 years and has learned so much, Spanish, sign language and he still currently speaks and uses sign! His teacher is phenomenal, very patient and kind w all the kids! My son would say he didn’t want to go to school because he was going to miss his teacher because she’s the best!
